• Must be a graduate with at least 5 years’ experience in Financial Advisory (M & A) service business.
• Master degrees in Business Administration, Financial Management are more preferred.
• CFA / ACCA qualifications are a plus.

• Strategic decision maker for training programs, human resource management, center policies and financial activities
• Leader and manager of the staff, oversee activities of training center and ensure all day to day operations are being run correctly and effectively
• Responsible for business development, branding and marketing
• Main point of contact person and administrator for accredited partners/ educational institutions and main lecturers
• Responsible for cost effectiveness and making profit

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all activities are being run correctly and effectively.
• Make decision for manpower allocation, promotion, training and staff recruitment.
• Monitor all expenses and incomes, payables and receivables and ensure cost effectiveness.
• Identify skill gaps of employees and responsible for their skill improvements.
• Perform as main point of contact person and administrator for accredited educational institutes/ partners and manage relationship with them.
• Research and deal with well-recognized educational institutions to consider new training courses and partner with them.
• Acquire new lecturers/professors and also retain present ones.
• Improve brand awareness through different channels for student acquisition and enrolments.
• Set up sales & marketing plan, make attractive promotion/discount plans as per market situation and customer behaviors.
• Observe facilities & practices of other training centers, come up with better idea and make proper improvements.
• Keep tracking on demands/ requirements of students, fees of training courses and lecturers, market situation, government policies on the industry and make strategic decisions.

• Any Graduate is applicable. Master or PhD degree is preferable.
• Working experience in related fields is preferable.
